Cats are very intelligent, loving animals and make good companions. They're much more independent and less needy dogs, making a perfect pet for those with a busy life. Owning a cat is very rewarding and gives a wonderful creature of love, with the convenience of not requiring much time.

Once you have decided to adopt, make sure you have the time to learn how to train a cat. Although independent, cats still need a little  time to teach the correct behavior of households. Begin teaching your cat is a kitten even more successful, as the animals learn bad behavior over time and before you start training better. Decide what you want to teach your cat, then set priorities. Always adhere to the formation of one thing at a time. Your cat will remain more focused, if you teach one thing at a time. If you have problems with bad behavior, such as scratching furniture, biting or chewing objects, must be treated first. If you notice your cat is chewing things, make sure that do not have access to all electrical wiring in your home. Training begins with this behavior constitutes a risk to your cat and go from there.

Your cat does not seem interested in learning time, but the training. Cat is offering a reward to reinforce the learning process. The time that passes, the more you will get your cat to respond.
